Retail Account Management

Not only do we introduce you to the retailers and on many occasions win you listings with them, you will also be appointed an account manager within Retail Connections, once you have won the listing with the retailer.

Our account managers have a wealth of experience in maximising the sell through of your product once on shelf. This is absolutely pivotal to your success within retail, because achieving a listing at a retailer is only the very start of the process. Once you get your product on that shelf, it is imperative that it is seen and then purchased by customers. Otherwise you will find your product will be taken off the shelf as quick as it went on.

The account manager's role will therefore be to manage and improve your sales within the multiple retail accounts that you are listed. Liaising directly with them, you will be kept up to date on developments, with weekly and monthly reporting to allow you to identify and analyse results.
